One of our direct clients is actively seeking an End User Technical Support Technician to join their team.


Job Title: End User Technical Support Technician
Location: Remote
Duration: 6 months+ extension


Job Duties

The duties of an End User Technical Support Technician include, but are not limited to:

• Provide Level 1 or Level 2 service desk phone support and may be the first point of contact for answering support calls using the OTS ACD phone system or be the first level of escalation to resolve a request. Perform basic and advanced remote support and troubleshooting to resolve incidents;
• Travels to customer locations to provide basic and advanced onsite/desk-side hardware and software user device support including troubleshooting, hardware replacement, software installation and configuration tasks;
• Provides device deployment center functions including warehouse and inventory operations, order staging and fulfillment, computer imaging and sanitization;
• Coordinates hardware replacements and repairs with third party vendors;
• Participates in small and large scale computer and other user device deployment projects;
• Provides Voice Over IP phone system support and assists with phone deployment projects;
• Monitors device performance dashboards and facilitates resolution of detected incidents;
• Provides knowledgebase content for knowledge articles to be developed.
