One of our direct clients is actively seeking a RSA Archer Administrator  to join their team.

Job Title: RSA Archer Administrator 
Location: Hybrid ( 4 days onsite, 1 day remote)
Duration: 12 months
Annual Salary Range: $130K - $140k 

Duties:

 The RSA Archer Administrator will be responsible for customizing SCDHHS’ implementation of RSA Archer based upon business requirements provided by stakeholders. The Archer Administrator will use their previous Archer project experience and RSA best practices to take the Archer out of the box use cases and advise stakeholders of the amount of customization required and when the out of the box use case can be used as-is. The Archer Administrator shall develop, test, and deploy Archer applications in SCDHHS’ development, test, and production environments using RSA Archer packaging mechanisms. The Archer Administrator will be familiar with or shall become familiar with the Archer use cases owned by SCDHHS to ensure that the Agency takes full advantage of its investment in RSA Archer. The candidate should be highly organized, can work independently in a fast-paced environment, and produce multiple quality deliverables with varying deadlines. The candidate should be a self-starter and creative problem solver with the flexibility to learn new products and technologies quickly.

Essential Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborating with SCDHHS stakeholders in applying process and functional requirements to application design modifications
  2. Providing design and development of reporting dashboards and iViews to SCDHHS stakeholders?
  3. Integrating data feeds into Archer
  4. Working with SCDHHS stakeholders configuring and/or customizing RSA Archer 6.x
  5. Implementing RSA Archer out of the box as well as leading design and analysis for customizations and On Demand applications for SCDHHS Stakeholders
  6. Possessing strong analytical and problem-solving skills in application calculations and cross references
  7. Being responsible for day-to-day technical administration of the RSA Archer platform
  8. Leading the administration of items such as user accounts, data feeds, workflow, and report access
  9. Providing development/configuration support based on technical requirements
  10. Owning technical issues, problem resolution, and request management
  11. Provisioning of Archer local user accounts and assigning groups and roles
  12. Having previous experience working with Archer LDAP integration with Active Directory
Required Education/Certifications:
  1. Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and at least five (5) years of Archer Admin experience may be considered.
  2. RSA Archer Certified Associate
  3. RSA Archer Certified Professional

Required Skills (rank in order of Importance):
  1. 5 years of experience designing, developing and deploying advanced RSA Archer solutions and components
  2. 5 years of Software Development Lifecycle (SLDC) experience
  3. Experience supporting a production RSA Archer environment in a multi-environment configuration as an Application Administrator
  4. Requires extensive experience with development, implementation, and configuration of Advanced Workflows, Dashboards, Data Feeds, iView's, Reports, and Use Cases
  5. Ability to convert business requirements into applicable Archer applications
  6. Self-discipline/self-directed with minimal oversight
  7. Experience with FISMA, NIST, security, and privacy standards
