Job Title: Salesforce Solutions Designer/Architect
Location: Raleigh, NC

Enterprise Platform services team needs an experienced Salesforce solutions designer/architect to work with teams to transition legacy applications, design new solutions, and make the most efficient and effective use of the Salesforce investment. 

The duties will include:

  • Provide cost, time, and resource efforts for new EPSG demands and enhancements
  • Participate in strategic and tactical planning with business partners, vendors, and organizational unit management
  • Provide consultation and planning for specific modifications and enhancements to production applications/information systems
  • Assist applications development staff while serving as a point of escalation for difficult problems
  • Make recommendations to management on enterprise development practices, standards, and tools
  • Mentor and train other organizational unit applications development staff in standard development practices, standards, and tools when requested
  • Monitor efforts for quality assurance and adherence to state, departmental, and divisional standards and procedures
  • Conduct platform assessment and performance monitoring to avoid preventable interruption of production, and to provide optimum quality service to the clients
  • Coordinate application assessment and performance monitoring with development teams
  • Coordinate technical discussions and demos as requested

Skill Matrix:

  • Experience in a Salesforce environment as an architect or designer Required 5 Years
  • Experience mentoring and advising Salesforce admin and developers Required 5 Years
  • Experience working directly with Salesforce integrators and business stakeholders Required 5 Years
  • Salesforce Platform Developer Certification Required 3 Years
  • Experience as a Marketing Cloud developer Nice to have 3 Years
  • Experience with MuleSoft integrations Nice to have 3 Years
  • Experience using Copado for Salesforce DevOps Nice to have 3 Years
